# Como criar segmentos

Com essas listas é possível realizar a segmentação de marketing, que é a ação de separar os leads em potencial considerando as características específicas. 

O resultado será um grupo de pessoas com uma ou mais características em comum, propensas a responder positivamente às campanhas de marketing da empresa. 

No menu esquerdo, vá até a opção SEGMENTOS, clique em NOVO, escolha um nome e descreva o segmento para identificá-lo. 

Após isso clique em APLICAR. Na aba FILTROS, você pode escolher entre diversos para facilitar ainda mais a identificação dos leads na segmentação.
